People move to Jersey because it's CHEAPER and easier to raise a fam. Nobody moving out to that mess to commute back n forth to the city for fun.

The city is great for a good time but not to live. And it's not so much "cheaper," but you def get more space..

We have issues in Florida but at least we have plenty of amazing education, Real estate, and Entertainment

Plus everyone wants to retire here

Boy. Hoboken is like 1 square mile but northern Jersey is like 1 big city tbh. There are no gaps like the rest of the state or how other states are..
