When i ate meat, i wasn't a steak girl. I had it like twice, and it was done enough where there was no blood. When i ate hamburger, it had to be done, too. I never liked to see blood.

If you see blood it means you are getting it rare.

i was introduced to med and havent gone back since

plus, i eat like a bird and cant eat a bunch of food at once so i usually have to re-heat the mess later if i cook it

honestly medium rare is juicy and has no blood, i prefer to cook it that way myself though. some restaurants make that mess RARE and give you a complete pink mess
