It was weird when they made her a pedo. 

Not really. Especially considering the times. Showed exactly how they were doing it back then securing alliances and riches etc...

The character and the actor were too young.  They recast and aged him up from the books just so Marg could sleep with him.

D&D have a history of being skeevy.  Both actors expressed discomfort at their scenes:

"They made Tommen a bit older on the series, but actor Dean-Charles Chapman was still 16 years old when he filmed the scene... while his scene partner Natalie Dormer was 33."

Natalie said the scene was originally worse and she had to make them change it.   

But they tried to be funny with Arya and say she was 18 when she had sex.
