I sleep with my door open. I don't like total darkness. I like to sleep with a fan because i like to hear some kind of noise. The fan is relaxing. I use the AC in the day. At night, i turn it off. I just use the fan and the ceiling fan. If i leave the air on' i don't like it too low. Maybe like on 80.
