I've bulked enough. I've been trying to cut. I want absolutely little to no body fat at all. It should be hard because it's more so diet but bread is so fucking good

I just cut out carbs for dinner, only lean protein and veggies

I wanna cut out liquor too but this summer is not helping that

This is where I'm at, I have no problem bulking. Gotta lay off the carbs to get back to 6% percent fat

Girl....working at a tech company that caters food every damn day don't make it any easier too. I've been having salads for lunch and I try to switch it up. Some day shrimp some day chicken. And then they throw a fucking bread on the side

It's so hard. I'm African so I eat a lot of rice. How do you calculate your body fat King? I just do a visual evaluation. I wanna know where I'm at
