Hopefully he can appeal the mess and get psychiatric help in place of more jail time ... I think there's a chance for him because he's still a kid technically ... but he's def at that age where you should know it's not right to kill someone .

If he blacked the fuck owt that could be understandable too. But...I def believe that he went with that knife having a "I wish a nigga WOULD" attitude . That's the story the prosecution pushed and it's actually believable. He was ready to get his street cred and he got it .

In self defense

that's not how self defense works though. The person has to be actively abusing you. You can't just kill a person a week after they hit you and cry self defense

it's no different than the white kids who shoot the whole school up for being bullied

and I'm really not sure why his family was weeping, were you all actively engaged in HELPING this boy that was clearly going through it at school

Which goes back to my point about previously reported incidents of bullying? Were there any witnesses to testify? How do we know this boy was indeed bullied?

That is horrible ugh.  I hate hearing these gay bashing stories. I'm glad they didn't die cause your life could be way different now.  Hopefully they learned a lesson

On Thursday, Cedeno took the stand.
