I'm pretty sure the rule says private images. There was nothing private about that video or related images when the whole of Germany and beyond saw you make an ass of yourself. You don't own the copyright to that video do you? The network does. They could do what they want with it and you can't do diddly squat about it. Like make a compilation of epic fail auditions.
