Honestly every issue is usually placed in the hands of blacks.. I'm sorry.

Legit everyone thinks we shouldn't have an opinion on something or they insist we should be able to understand everyone's plight because of ours in America.

So yes this is an issue in the black community but this issue is much bigger than blacks.
That is my point.
And it's in poor taste to put such a burden on black ppl..

The two do not equate.. and regardless of what any of u would like to accept.. in a lot of ways this water downs the experiences of blacks when it gets compared to gays not being accepted

her point was basically, if ppl said this about a POC it would be recognized as blatantly bigoted, so why are you so comfortable saying it about a gay person? is that not a valid and well-intentioned point? and im sure she only used blacks because she herself is black. if she was another race she would have used that race.
