So a grown woman gets a pass for her irrational behaviour, but a man does not. That is not treating the sexes equally.

If you can judge Chris for beating, you can judge Rih for coming back. They are both adults.

BAPHOMET.

in this rare case, It was her fault.

Christ Brown was just trying to drive safely from the grammys and there she went going off about a text.  :dead:

He deserves it but why aren't they banning white celebs with DV history
I think that's the main point I'm getting at. Media and society are quick to peg a BLACK MAN for his crimes (whatever they may be) and latch it onto him for years to come. But look at Mark Wahlberg and Robert Downey Jr's pasts and their current success. :ermm:

It's injustice and racism both wrapped up into the beautiful melting pot that is America

exactly if anything she should be getting booted from gigs for condoning domestic violence, even making songs with lyrics about it
and even taking pictures wearing a leash

There is no excuse, but you need to respect and believe someone if they acknowledged their mistake and changed their stance. He is not an advocate of domestic abuse, so why paint him as such.

I understood blocking him from events if his MUSIC, interviews or public persona promoted violence, but they do not.

AIDS!

Quote?I just never understood that, like how the victim gets punished over and over. It?s in the past, and I don?t want to say ?Get over it,? because it?s a very serious thing that is still relevant; it?s still real,? she said.

?A lot of women, a lot of young girls, are still going through it. A lot of young boys too. It?s not a subject to sweep under the rug, so I can?t just dismiss it like it wasn?t anything, or I don?t take it seriously.

?But, for me, and anyone who?s been a victim of domestic abuse, nobody wants to even remember it. Nobody even wants to admit it. So to talk about it and say it once, much less 200 times, is like ? I have to be punished for it? It didn?t sit well with me.?

This was a recent interview with Vanity Fair
I don't think she 'condones' domestic violence :uhh:

Violence is shitty behavior on both parts, but the men-hitting-women argument is one I could not care less about. Women slap men around all the time. where's their punishment for it? Chris gets booked because he got more muscle?
