Moniques journey has been one of learning to embrace her role and not resist it

Through her other relationships she was the breadwinner and the name and that created a mentality of well i can be a man too and do what they do

And sidney has taught her that being submissive is not a negative especially when u have a man thats on tbe frontline for u
An equal give and take emotionally

Coming into tbe relationship with sidney she saaid hey im monique and i wear the pants i do what i want if i wanna see another nigga das just what its gonna be
She quickly seen that when u have a partner that fully steps into their role you can embrace yours as well


That does not mean she cant fight for women and racial bias because professionally it should always be equal opportunity
