She's been there for 10 years, WHOOPI GOLDBERD in all her EGOT glory been there for 10 years and she's making 5 million a season/year...

I personally think she deserves a hell of a lot more, especially when some of these white folk getting paid a million an episode for a tv series (granted not a completely fair comparison).

And Whoopi knows she has never gotten paid her worth in ANY film. And she'd be hard pressed to find a black woman who has sooooo I don't even know what the debate is.

It's common knowledge that black women are grossly underpaid in hollywood.

Monique doesn't understand the concept of doing something to raise your profile and get to the bigger bag. Just like really thought turning down Cannes and doing international promo for precious was going to work her in favor.  good luck booking a major role with a major check now that they know you refuse to promote.

Whoopi literally only films 3 days out of the weak and doesn't show up on Fridays    her deal is VERY comfy and everyone ain't privy to it but she's definitely making millions

It's a talk show and that's actually quite a BIT for a daytime talk show at that. No one (including Whoopi) has EVER disputed the fact that black women are severely underpaid 

People told Mo'nique to stfu because she's dragging everyone else into her mess and calling them slaves and coons for questioning why tf she'd ever make as much as a Dave chapelle or Eddie Murphy

Let's not forget she's the one that first claimed to be more decorated than a damn Whoopi Goldberg and asked to boycott Netflix of all places when it's clear they've locked black talent and black women into long term deals before the Mo'nique fiasco was even a thing
