A video will add to the legacy of the song. For instance, Angel In Disguise would be much more iconic and well known today if they released a video. It would also benefit streaming numbers for chart peaks and gold/platinum certification.

That kind of song really does not require a video.
Grown folks are not on YouTube watching videos! 
They only sent it to Urban AC and won't send it to Urban station so it's pointless.
It will reach #1 on UAC mid September! It's only been released 6 weeks ago and it's ready sitting at #9

eOne better keep the budget for her own REAL singles! We know LA was like an appetizer...
