Yea,  I've always  at that but that's what brandy gave so whit was right tbh. Brandy didn't really start to step into her greatness until much later on

Everything was so sweet about her in the movie. Her attitude, her look, her speaking voice, and her singing. She executed so perfectly. Wouldn't have made sense if she was running all over the place.

I'm watching old clips, Brandy said that day after her and Monica practiced in front of her, Whit still told her on the phone to stop tryna be everybody else and be her. She sensed Brandy's personality so well
but she also knew how much Brandy could really LASH

and I think Whitney wanted to see her unleash tbh

n Bran wasn't even trying and it was so annoying .I see why Whit lashed to be honest  ..I remember Bran saying that Whitney wasn't impressed with her NSN vocals and told her always to give 100 percent on every song  .. I think Bran does that now as a rule.

...  I guess I can appreciate Bran's humbleness, but the greatest is literally telling you that you're next. I think that's what the '10's were about tbh, she never got the chance to lash out and let the girls know what time it was
