This is really said. Smh. So many hits. It was truly amazing though that Brandy and him got to celebrate the BMI moment together for he left earth. I know she must really cherish that moment even more. When she said in her speech "I'm not sure why this is happening now and why I'm receiving this award at this very moment", it could very well be because of this. Wow!

I hope Brandy is okay.  In recent years she seemed a lot closer to him than she ever was Rodney. I know he vocal produced Scared of Beautiful and some other songs on 2/11. Did they work together on this album too?

I was listening to his interview with the We Sound Crazy podcast a couple weeks ago. He spoke so fondly of Brandy you could tell he really loved her. He said he was going to the BMI awards to see her honored and how proud he was. I'm happy she had someone like him in her life.

Lashawn was such a good guy and this is so unexpected and hard to process. I'm praying for his family.

This was sad to read. Dying in a car accident is usually one of the worst ways to go. We can only hope he's in a peaceful place.
