Black women have gone through so much just to be considered as equal to their counterparts, and for the LGBTQ to try and diminish those accomplishments by boycotting this event shows a lack of character and humility. The ones bitching about it, aren't even celebrating this beautiful moment and wanting to be a part of it, it's simply "I identify as a woman and should be included too" . Last I checked black trans women were birthed by black mothers, nurtured by black grandmothers and befriended by black sisters. So instead of trying to barge your way in, give credit where it's due and build a healthy dialogue with the network.
