That's really weird cause they even updated the description of the video they posted in 2009 such as Afrodisiac and Bady.

Would a label promote an artist who is not in their roster anymore?!

I noticed that too with Afrodisiac and Baby. They added the official Brandy font to the thumbnail which wasn't there before. I wish we didn't always have to speculate and got some official announcements.

I think Atlantic is just finally recognizing Brandy is a legend and cultural icon. There is a benefit for them to help push that narrative because her biggest hits were under them. There's money to be made by having a legacy artist. If Bran ever has a movie or rereleased her classic albums (which at this stage in her career is possible) they would do well by being on the good side of business.
