Nicki Minaj's older brother has been accused of raping a child younger than 13 several times between April and November. Jelani Maraj, 37, is under investigation for other rapes involving minors going back 2 years.

Maraj reportedly owns a daycare center? and the victim's family wants it shut down.

Surveillance video caught Maraj behind the wheel of his white SUV after he pulled over to talk to 3 young girls near Lincoln Street and 116th Avenue in Queens in October 2013.

One of the girls ? the 12-year-old victim ? got into his truck while the other 2 girls kept walking.

The girl told police Maraj drove around the corner where he raped her inside the SUV. The young girl managed to escape and called 911. Maraj dropped his famous sister?s name to lure her into the vehicle.

The girl gave police a description of her rapist ? a portly 6-foot-tall black male weighing 200 pounds with a full beard.

Maraj's next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 9.
