I'm also thinking about buying like a townhouse or condo or some shit. My rent is kinda astronomical and I can't see myself spending this amount of money for too long without it benefitting me and my future

Yeah I pretty much financially support myself right now but the thought of not having your parents to fall back on anymore is scary tbh. Looking forward to it tho, it's about time to step owt into the world.
