Michael overall as an artist was an innovator and was extremely talented. I mean duh, what artist wouldn't look up to that.

Whitney was and is revered by many as well, but that doesn't take away the fact that a lot of her (earlier) material was very bubbly and cookie cutter.

And got her boo'ed at Black music award shows. fssffsfsfsfsfs
Sis was a snooze.

Doesn't take anything at all from her talent and influence, but if we're talking about music by itself...
