I'd consider her, bey and Xtina 00's girls. They're kinda synonymous with the decade.

I'd call Janet a 90's girl even though she came out in the 80's

Brandy, Monica, Aaliyah, SWV, Mariah etc are 90's girls and I'd call Madonna and Whitney 80's girls evening though they had longevity
