But the face of homelessness is not just Drug addicts
like in the movie Good Deeds the mother was working hard but couldnt get an extention on her apartment and when she went to the shelter someone tried to hurt her and her daughter sho she lived in the car

some people are coming from domestic violence situations where they had to leave house or not and work their way back up

some people are  disabled and pay their medical prescriptions before rent and jiggle the cup to supplement

you are right there is no exscuse given the fact that non american citizens are abit cared for more than ones that were born and paid into the system
and with our wealth we are sending in stupid places

but judging the person I dont think thats fair

It's not that simple. There are many mentally ill people out on the streets. Skid Row here in LA is full of tens of thousands of people who have been kicked out of the system onto the streets because these states don't want to come off the coin to help them. Everyone's situation isn't the same.
