He did all of that...left her the room and she continued her sleepover for the night??? If she couldn't sleep for the remainder of the night, as mentioned in the article, I would why she didn't leave. No mention of being held prisoner.

Well ppl don't think rational when the other person is in a position of power. And lets not forget the state of shock. Stop treating abuse like a popquiz. There are no right and wrong ways to react.

I don't think getting your breast fondled is worth 50 million dollars. It may sound insensitive but plenty of people have been groped, and I don't find that overly traumatic.

It's really not, but also not to victim shame but people have to be more cautious. I would not want my sisters staying in a home with a man who had been drinking and smoking all day, and that was not a good judgement call.

People think that people "victim shame", but the reality is that there will always be rapist, murderers and etc so you have to take measure to prevent these things. At least lock the room door.  We can go on and on about what people should /shouldn't do, but the defense is the most important thing to get people safe.
