Just because you gave something up doesn't mean you should still advance

They clearly make alterations to see if that could help the gorls step up their game - and everyone knew that the transformation mess was part of the show's process. As in, when you board that damn plane, you should be well aware that there's a possibility your hair will be chopped off. And common sense should tell you that chopping it off doesn't give you a "free pass to the next round" mess.
