In Li's case .. the rest of her team insisted that the pilot take off although he warned them about the Cessna being overloaded. I don't think she wanted to go .. but her friends talked her into it I bet. For Kobe to authorize that helicopter to take off was extremely irresponsible given the weather.

And why fly when you know the weather conditions are shit? The thing that hurts me the most about this crash is that it could've been avoidable if they waited until the weather conditions got better or just stayed at home. Ugh.
