Maybe we need to redefine masculinity or just stop trying to fit into whatever people define as masculine and feminine. If everyone would truly just be the way they ARE, I'm sure the world would be a better place. Plus it's more attractive if a person is in touch with both their "masculine" and "feminine" side, however many traits they have of each of those.

I'm just gonna say it: I don't like either extremes tbh, cause most of the time I feel like it's an act. If it's natural, people will know and will support.

With that being said, I think Lil Nas X is enjoying to dress up in those bright colors and wear crazy costumes. It doesn't seem over the top or ridiculous to me yet.
