According to reports, rapper Future's oldest son is facing up to 20 years in prison due to gang activity. Jakobi Wilburn was found in possession of a gun with the serial numbers scratched off, last month.

Wilburn was allegedly charged with criminal gang activity, criminal trespass and the altered ID of a gun. Although Jakobi is only 17, and is still a teen- in the state of Georgia at 17, you are considered an adult.
