They've basically taken over the Caribbean as well. They're everywhere and buying up everything. They import their people to work not locals. 
Just they other day a Chinese business owner owed a local man some money for a job. And the business owner offered up his wife as payment. The man refused and said "I've had enough of your wife. I want my money now!"
