Middle aged women have become the #1 new car buyer
Crossovers, Trucks, and SUVS now have the same MPG as cars + it can hold their 6 kids and a truck full of groceries

Thinking about it.... Nissan is probably in serious danger (which is why we're seeing them try new things like this). They've never been able to compete with brands like Ford in the SUV/Truck market. It's funny though... American brands were in a rocky area for a while, but with this cultural shift to SUVS/Trucks dominating, we might see American brands back on top in the 2020s.

I love my Titan, but they charge too much for their best mess, and I think they upped the price of the Maxima too.

So ppl are flocking to Ford and Chevy's for their big mess and their small cars and their mid size SUV

Nissan needs to go back to making affordable mess that runs for 15+ years :dead:

!!!!!!!

America has figured it out and rebranded themselves as basically the new Totoyas. They don't try to compete with the luxury gorls anymore. Or rather they found a more strategic way to compete.

Why would somebody pay 45k for a Nissan mess when they can buy a BMW or Mercedes for the same? :dead: Or buy an America mess with more features for LESS.

Ford n the gorls giving quality, durability, and luxury features for a FRACTION of the price now. That's why MESS like Kia is coming outta nowhere DRAGGING the market. I didn't even know Kia was an American brand. :uhh:

No Kia is Korean

I dunno WHO they got but they've been selling like hotcakes for a while now after they started focusing on quality and design, all while offering an unbeatable warranty.

They're smart for marketing the Genesis brand as an entirely different line

The days of "ew you got a Kia? :uhh: " is gone.

:plzstop: :plzstop:

I can't believe Toyota and Honda are struggling

I grew up seeing them flip flopping between the #2 and #1 spots  :uhh:

!!!!! America knows their people... because they still build their vehicles with quality and luxury interior, but with a cheap price tag. A Toyota/Honda mess is low budget... and it LOOKS it.

:udontlookok:

These luxury brands need to step it up too. Most are SINKING.

it's the opposite for me

bxxbxnx I can't stand interiors on American cars :holdupguys: although they've improved a TON over time

My favorite US brand would definitely be Cadillac.... But they can't get their shit together outside of the Escalade.

Foreign? Mid priced - Infiniti.

Luxury - Maserati/Jaguar  :gorlonfire:

Car sales are down because of all these crossovers and SUVs that are dominating

Notice it's mostly cars they're trying to rent out  :plzstop:

It's really just profit for them, because any income is better than the car sitting on the lot not making them ANYTHING. Maintenance is cheap as fuck. You're paying for service and time when you're getting routine check-up, not the parts. I'd probably do this if it were half that cost.
!!!!!

Ford is discontinuing all of their car lines (except Mustang) and rebranding as a SUV/truck brand.

:omf:

Ford should just shutdown entirely lol

F150s will NEVER die :dead:

It's every white mans dream and is always the #1 truck in sales
