I should try it. I usually sleep with HGTV on or something very lite and calming. It usually takes me longer to fall asleep in silence too. My mind starts to roam.... then I end up planning my day for tomorrow.... and then ideas/thoughts come in my head.... and then I grab my phone and start writing in my notepad... Next thing I know, its 5am.

Its just a whole mess. SSDSSSDS

Give it a try. I started and I literally set so that it plays every night now. I feel like I kinda get a better sleep too
