well....they look like only the roots were braided and then flowed loosely..kind of like how Bey use to do around that time

but you know...Mon is a gorl who does and takes care of her hair. But braids aren't foreign to her.
She even wore braids when she went to record TBIM w/ Bran

Brandy didn't start Micros. Girls was doing those in Atlanta while she was still wearing big braids so it's been a thing before brandy did it.

Yes but if girls in your hood was already wearing them before anyone uptown even knew about them then...

Not saying she didn't bring them to tv but when Bran started wearing them, it was already a trend in the south bby
