My thing with Cardi is why can't she acknowledge that she idolized Nicki? Nicki, to this day, didn't stop saying she was inspired by Kim despite their falling out..

My guess is Nicki gave her the cold shoulder or didn't embrace her the way she thought she would and Cardi was kinda hurt by it

Same way Nicki went from proudly expressing how much she respected Kim to eventually acting like she doesn't exist
