What do you consider a great life? Izzy's life? Lexie's life? They had every material comfort in life but they're still broken. Pearl might not had a perfect upbringing, but she still turned out pretty great. I think Mia being a good Mom to her had something to do with that. I stand by what I said.

 The little dyke girl is a bitch and Elena legit tried to ask her what was up a few times.  Only one of those kids is like Elena, so that whole perfect child "LIKE ME" argument is moot. She just wanted the dyke to be fckn normal and because she wasn't she gave her more attention than the other kids who seemed to be ok.  She's flawed but yea,  she's a better mother.  I'm certainly not gonna sit here and argue a bitch that stole a baby and couch hopped for 16 yrs is a better example of mothering
