A lot of people think it is ok if people just get corona and heal from it. Trump is also spreading that rumor. The real solution is stopping the spread by complete quarantine.

Hospitals can't even handle that many patients.. doctors and nurses will die and are already dying. There will also be less time/equipment for other patients (so for example a patient who just got into a serious car accident will probably get less care and could die)

Trump wants to save the economy by pretending there is nothing going on and people can go back to work because he cares more about potential suicides on Wallstreet than ordinary citizens getting seriously ill and old/weak people dying. The republicans think old people will sacrifice their lives for a good economy for their children. It is bizarre and delusional.
