sheree was a perfect villain in the first 2 season + her delusions were a kii
Kim was a walking mess but she did hold her own early on 
Lisa Wu was a cute peacemaker / mediator type 
Deshawn...um she was there too

it was still good when Cynthia and Phaedra got added but u can tell it shifted when Kenya and Porsha got there.

The show took a turn when they started becoming celebrities outside of the show. It's no longer organic or about the lives of Atlanta's wealthy "elite". We used to see them being mothers and wives, now they just meet for lunch to throw shade. They seriously need to scrap them everyone and find a new group.
