i  looked only at midtown and downtown cuz i know i don't like the idea of driving much
leaning more towards midtown cuz everything is right there

but i still see myself getting a car mess in the near future.
my dad lives out in the damn farms of Georgia so if anything it'd mostly be for visiting them whenever i wanna pop up
