What is the chorus? I think it's sorry for my tardy long time I was broken hearted and guarded... and guarded  ... then it goes into what sounds like a backwards vocal?? What is she saying? Something  "god damn on god? "
 
then it goes into can  we let me live let me live just cuz I can sing for you sounds like brandy....candy???  I'm as solid as a rock without the boat kinda like the goat , but I'm saving all my love ....Is this all the chorus??  HOW??? And what does it mean? Lol 

Maybe I need to hear the full thing because her voice is always amazing but the structure and lyrics is where I'm stuck . Im hearing the song title references I get it ... but  it sounds like a  freestyle to me .
