I kinda wanted the RENT STRIKE movement to catch on.  But it faded, it seems.

I remember going to my brother's apartment a few months after he was murdered and going through his mail.

One was for council tax. It said you owe thousands of pounds in council tax.

Then at the end of the letter it said because you have passed away you bill is waived.

Chile, he had all these bills piling up for mobiles, telephone, cable, gas, electricity, etc.

that is luxe of the UK

in some other countries the debt gets carried on to your next of kin.
