Oh. You don't show to the Lady of Soul awards, so you are not an R&B artist :dead:

she doesn't show up for ANY urban award show.
she's not considered r&b anymore...

Well, Chris doesn't make "slave music" so I figured all of the non-slaves would show out and support...guess not.

I find it a little strange to blame it on black people. I do not agree with that.

It is easy math.

IF blacks actually are the main ones buying black artist's music and whites for whites then the following applies.

Blacks make up 12-13% of the US population. While white people make up roughly 70% of the US population. So more than four times as many people in the United States are white than black.

That means by default a white person is expected to sell four times as much or even more than a black counterpart. So if you manage to do half, or a quarter of a white act you are perfectly fine.

JB: 522k
CB: 140k

He did exactly what is expected when you look at the black/white ratio in the United States.

then why is he ranting on raving on twitter about not being appreciated?  :uhh:

If you wanna get technical R&B acts actually do better than pop acts who havent established themselves as a big name.

I mean Call Me Maybe was HUGE, but Carly Rae Jepsen's last two albums flopped to the pits of hell.

I just think people aren't selling.

asdfghjkl

BET ain't shit for that tbqfh

and where the fuck is KeKe's Talk Show ?
