I know it's a culture and people like to have fun and kii I.e. The Shaderoom, Brandysource, but these people with platforms are human beings who take their work seriously (some not all) and I think we as consumers can collectively work together to be more sensitive about how we choose to express our thoughts or critiques.
Some love the record, some don't. Life goes on, but be intentional about your critique. Not accusing any of you of this behaviour. This is me just pouring my thoughts here.
