Of course it COULD be lipped but there's still ways around it since it's clear they shot this in advance.

All she to do was sit there and sing over the instrumental

That would have been a technical nightmare 
She clearly wanted to dance, so having a real mic hooked up would have been too much. The only way a real LIVE performance would have worked is if she recorded in a studio, which would have been boring

Is this Derek's work? The neck area is blurred the fuck out. I don't mind it that much, cause the cover as a whole slays, but he loves to go crazy with the retouching (and we know it's not needed with Bran).
