They looked dingy but they knew they were white trash and owned it. I remember I only started watching because it came on Nick at Nite when nothing else was on. I would only half watch at first, but by around season two or three, the show was brilliant.
The episode where Becky asked for birth control, or where DJ got a beating, or where DJ was scared to kiss a black girl in the school play, or where Darlene's baby was dying.
