Even before the passing, Monica's tone IMO was a bit agitated. She def threw some light shade with the "polar opposites" b.s. and the rambling. The celebration comment felt like an afterthought to soften the whole thing.

Even if her family didn't pass I don't think she would've done it. Y'all can take Monica PR responses as truth, but at the core she still gives salty and her tone with the first response showed that.

These are two grown ass women who IMO have some type of control over their bases. If Bran and Mo set the tone from jump and let both of their bases know they aren't with the shit, I honestly believe it would be fine. Monica can cloak it in "death" & "above it all" but it's deeper than that
