I agree. post-2014, Chris has been playing it safe and putting out the same song over and over.
Like Nicki, he is quantity over quality so yeah he has hits but nothing career-defining or that would stand the test of time. he has potential to do this but only if he would get off the crack and stop being messy

I dont think he'll ever change. If it aint broke, no need to fix it. He's been trailblazing male R&B for quite some time now. And every album he puts out does well and has a couple big hits. 

I think to say he hasnt done anything classic is doing too much. The sound of music is changing. And 10-15 years from now, based on how the quality of music is deteriorating, his songs will be prob recognized as major hits in 2035 and he'll be an artist may newbies will look up to.

But ummm....  Chris brown has contributed plenty. The girls wanna get technical all of a sudden like they don't overuse the word "legendary" and "iconic" their damn selves.

Even if he doesn't have these things. his contribution to music has been just fine and pretty immense IMO
