Let's just agree that this country has the blood of many different groups of people on its hands. Native Americans, Africans, Gays, Asians...etc.

Actually, gay people used to be subjected to electroshock therapy, put in mental institutions, arrested just for being who they are. There even gay conversion therapy where parents would take their gay child to a therapist and said therapist would strap them in a chair and force them to watch videos of naked women or naked men to turn them straight. Until the 1970's homosexuality was considered an actual mental illness. Let a lot of us would've been around in the 1950's and 1960's we would either be in a psych ward or dead. This is true stuff that I'm speaking of. Transgender people even had it just as bad. Watch the movie Boys Don't Cry with Hillary Swank about the true story of Brandon Teena. Hell, does the name Matthew Shepard ring a bell to some of you? If not, use google to your advantage and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
