he kinda crossed the line. and that could actually be seen as a threat - with him saying that he'd do something that she won't like, then telling her dog to come to him

she actually used PC terms to describe him and my guess is that they'd have to see if she had any right to feel as she was actually threatened by an "african american man" before his camera started rolling.

they have to cover themselves and make sure she doesn't have grounds to hit them with a lawsuit. clearly she's the type to go as far below the belt as possible

It's one thing to expose people but it's another to force people to fire/get fired. I think this woman should be fired but I think for less severe cases, people should let the situation play out and see how these companies would deal without pressure. Then they can boycott them if they don't take appropriate action.
