I've seen white officers do this. They had a black person in custody hog tied and thrown in the back of a PD unit like a animal. I asked why were they restrained like that. They said bc they were a danger.  The person cooperated with me and NEVER tried to hit me as the officer said they were going to do

They called me out to provide a medical assessment.  I told them NO not until they are in a comfortable position that they can breath. They wanted me to medically clear them to go to jail and i refused to clear them.

I filed a report and got ALL of the officer's wrote up for potentially causing respiratory asphyxiation
