Love the track. Not in my top 10 I dont think, but its up there.

  The song is about her love for her daughter and encouraging single moms... I just can't say anything negative about it... it makes no sense whatsoever to compare it with songs like Savage and Do It. None of which are better than Baby Mama btw. And if those songs weren't hits you wouldn't even say that.  People are drawn to hit songs with millions of views and heavy rotation on the radio. A lot of y'all don't like the song simply because it didn't smash out the gate and that's silly.

The record is a slow burner much like Queen's other lead singles, but when it storms it'll storm. I want it to perform so well for her. She's defeated so many odds and now is her moment.

All her singles have the same trajectory and it has been the vision and plan from the jump.  They aren't delusional

Baby Mama is quality, it has a positive message, Brandy sounds amazing and Chance's flow is dope
only thing I can see an issue with is the production (I like it, but maybe ppl didnt want the horns & stiuff?)

Oh well. I still love it! You'd think she was singing about sucking dick and taking it in the ass for drug money the way people are dragging the subject matter. Even if you think the song is corny, i don't see how it deserves all this vitriol (referring to twitter and other platforms I'd seen).

Meh. Glad the song is doing it's thing on radio and I'm definitely excited for what's to come
