Anyway, in February of 2012 when IABTM came out, that's when Brandy and Mike will began discussing that song, but we never ever got a snippet of that or LMG until October

The only snippets we had early were the Rico love penned "no such thing as too late" and "Paint this house" because she had them played during her interview on the Tom Joyner radio show

Bor created promo for DYK - MONTHS after WD was released.
We wanted it as a third single.... not so much as a 2nd single to replaced WD.  We did not know about DYK until October......

We been knew about Let Me Go and DYK before the album dropped .. in fact we heard snippets of both of them long before the album


And scared of beautiful because frank had mentioned it

Let Me Go and Too Late were released early together
but not Do You Know

There's even youtube videos of fans reviewing those early releases.

Brandy and everybody were begging RCA for Do You Know as the THIRD single after Wildest flopped and the label was stopping the era

This is my only gripe with the song.The lyrics kinda don't make sense.Other than that, I honestly like it and play it daily.Very catchy.

there was never gonna be a third single no matter what WD did  that's the gag

It was in her deal. Two single after IABTM and that was it. It's why she's heavily involved in her business now the way she should have been back then.

She didn't even know what was really in her contract and allegedly cussed EVERYBODY tf out when she found out  also ... that's allegedly why her she lost her voice during album release week

WD was released on iTunes and such in august 
but wasn't taking seriously as a single 
before the album.. mike will played the mess..
and we fought hard for it to be the second official single

period.
im not moving on it
