Now that you mention it, it does seem like Gaga is the one that's 'off.' It's like she's purposely not singing to give a melody so she can call it art.

The Rain On Me demo vs the final product is where this shines imo



The demo although superior is more darker diva gay cult classic (aka flop)

whereas Ari's lighter tone in the final version makes it more catchy and commercial

Overall though, these songs just dont sound original enough for me.

Rain On Me sounds exactly like When Love Hurts by JoJo. The melody of the verses are exactly the same.

Stupid Love def makes more sense as just an album track because it flows perfectly into Rain On Me

This is looking to be her most cohesive album she's ever released
