Okay so I just finished my first listen and here are my ratings that I wrote down in my notes app

= 66%
After first listen, I'd give this album between a 6.5-7 out of 10. I don't think it's better than The Fame Monster or Born This Way but it's an improvement over ARTPOP & Joanne. And this is one of her most cohesive messes to date.
The problem with this album is that I hate how masc and powerful her voice is on a lot of these tracks skdjdjdjjsjs
She's still singing as if she's Ally in "A Star Is Born" and she's not singing as if she's Gaga anymore, which doesn't work on these house/dance beats. If she sang these songs in the same style she sang in during The Fame Monster or Born This Way, this album would've been way better.
